1. Who we are
Mr Reliable's Cleaning Services (ABN: 88 652 713 178) provides residential and commercial cleaning services — including general house cleaning, regular cleaning, end of lease cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning, spring cleaning and pressure cleaning — across North Ryde and within approximately 15km of North Ryde, NSW.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes provided through our website, over the phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may vary if the actual condition, size, or scope of the property differs from what was described, or if additional services are requested on the day. We'll let you know before carrying out any work that would change the agreed price.
3. Bookings, rescheduling and cancellations
We know plans change, and we're always happy to help you find a new time that works. To keep things fair for our team and for other customers waiting on a booking, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
If you let us know with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee may apply. If a cancellation happens after our cleaners have already arrived at the property, a fee of 75% of the total service cost will apply, as our team has set aside the time and travelled to you. We understand that emergencies happen, so if something unexpected comes up, please just give us a call — we'll always try to work with you.
4. Access to the property
You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. Please secure or advise us of any pets, fragile items, or valuables ahead of the clean. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time through no fault of our own, a cancellation or lock-out fee may apply.
5. Our satisfaction guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with a clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
6. End of lease bond-back guarantee
For end of lease cleans, we clean to real estate agent standards using a comprehensive checklist. If your property manager requests a re-clean within 72 hours of the service, with written feedback describing the issue, we'll return at no charge.
7. Payment
Payment is due on the same day the cleaning is carried out. We accept cash and EFT (bank transfer), and we're happy to provide an invoice on completion of the work if you need one for your records.
8. Insurance and vetting
All Mr Reliable's cleaners carry public liability insurance ($20M cover) and have completed a National Police Check. If any damage occurs as a direct result of our negligence during a scheduled clean, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for pre-existing damage, general wear and tear, or damage to items that were not disclosed to us as fragile or requiring special care. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee the website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. All content, branding and images on this website belong to Mr Reliable's Cleaning Services unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without our permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that state.
